The Shrink Tunnel is widely used in food and agricultural industries to tamper proof sealing of the material. This not only increases the shelf life of the material but also ensures that the product is contamination free and do not get damaged or scratched. The Shrink Tunnel consists of an Input conveyor to facilitate loading of material. Conveyor extension can be provided as per the application requirements.Central shrink (heating) chamber is well insulated with mineral wool and ceramic wool. A top mounted blower will ensure a hot but controlled air is blown on the product feed in via a conveyor belt. The flow of the air is controlled in a way that the air is re-circulated to minimize the heat loss thus resulting in a low power consumption. cooling blower is provided at the output of the conveyor for immediate cooling of the shrink film resulting in a tight wrap around the product.
