For-Bro Engineers offers a Continuous Band Sealer with Nitrogen flushing arrangement for Agri and Food industries. The presence of oxygen introduces moisture which can deteriorate the food quality in the sealed pouches. Nitrogen flushing is a Preservation method used to protect packaged foods such as wafers, spices, coffee beans, nuts, rice cakes, snack crackers and chips. Mechanism is to flush pouches with Nitrogen gas which will push out the air from and fill them with Nitrogen before the belt seals pouches giving air free seal. We offer Nitrogen Flushing arrangement in both imported (NFSI-105) and Indian (CBS-30N) models as per the requirement of the application. A pre-filled pouched are entered manually in to the moving continuous gripper belt assembly such that the nozzle of the nitrogen flushing tube is inside the pouch. The air will be pulled out due to the heavy nitrogen gas and the gripper belts will immediate hold the pouches without allowing the gas to escape. Air tight sealing is achieved by heat conducted through Teflon coated gripper belts. The hot Gripper belts carry the pouch and cause localizes melting of pouch material when passed through the heated section. Perfect sealing is achieved by metallic and rubber pressure rollers. The pouch carrying conveyor and gripper belts are driven by common drive resulting in synchronous movements of pouches thus resulting in a smooth sealing. Speed can be controlled and monitored by the variable frequency drive to help proper sealing. They are quite easy to operate and highly demanded for their robust construction, consistency and long lasting nature.

CCSI-30V Vertical Band Sealer ideal for sealing heat sealable Virgin and Laminated pouches. Table top is ideal for Small and Medium scale industries for sealing pre-formed , Pre-filled pouches such as Grains, Pulses, Farsan, Snack food, Biscuits, Confectionary, colour, balloons, coffee, Tea, Seeds, Herbal product, Atta etc. Simple potentiometric temperature controller is used to set and monitor the heater temperature for various types of pouch material and thickness. Foot Operated Sealer is industrial sealing machine for sealing heavy bags and pouches which are difficult to seal on the manual hand sealers due to weight or the thickness of the pouch material. Sealers are available in two models as per the application requirement i.e. Impulse sealer or Hot Bar sealer. A simple assembly consists of one static and one movable jaw and a control panel for setting up of the desired temperature as per the material and thickness of the pouches. A prefilled pouch is placed between the jaw and when the foot switch is pressed, the movable jaw will be pressed on the static jaw with high pressure. A current is passed through the filament generating the heat which will slightly melt the pouch and seals the bag. Hot bar models are available where the requirement for pressure and the sealing width is high. Various sealing types such as double line, zigzag etc. can be provided as per the requirement.

For-Bro Engineers offers Pneumatic Sealer widely used in Pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries where high pressure sealing is needed due to the thick laminated pouches which required air tight sealing. These pneumatic sealing machines are designed to keep the balance between the ease of operation, optimum efficiency and safety. Machine consists of a two brass jaws with one static jaw and other moving jaw activated by foot switch. Temperature of the jaws are controlled by high quality “j” type digital temperature controller. A plastic bag is kept in between the jaws of the sealer and when foot switch is pressed moving upper jaw will be pneumatically pressed giving a very high pressure for achieving a air tight seal. Pneumatic sealers are available in two variant based on the client requirements
