Servo pump based Automatic Oil Filling Machine is used to fill upto 5 liters of liquid material without changing the components. Machine can fill up to 30 Jar/Minutes depending on the pack size and flow ability of product to be filled. Accuracy of upto +/-1% can be achieved. Pump is used for controlling the flow of the material. Coarse and fine fill ensures a high accuracy of each filling. PLC based control panel makes it easy for operator to set the recipe and other parameters such as coarse and fine fills, filling delay, Conveyor belt speed etc. Volumetric liquid filling machine can be supplied for 4/6/8 head assembly for very high speed requirements. Machine can be supplied with container feedingturn table , capping and labeling machine for complete Automated solution.

Lubricant Filling Machine consists of specially designed Auger filler machine which can be operated from a compact PLC based control panel. Once the set quantity of product is filled in the container, container is manually kept on the flat conveyor. A lid is kept on the container manually and then the continer is passed from the Cap press machines for automatically sealing the lid. Cap press can be operated manually or can be automated via a proxy switch. Filling platform can be static or actuated via a pneumetic cylinder for bottom up filling.
