Auger Filler

• Key component of powder packing machine.Auger fillers are versatile powder filling machines for non-free flowing powders such as Talcum powder, Coffee, Atta, Chemical and fertilizers. The packing machine is ideal for filling 500gms to 2000gms of product in to the pre-formed pouches or container. 

Screw feeder & Storage tank

• For higher accuracy and continuous operation of the Powder packing Machine, it is required to have a constant powder level in the machine hopper. Manual feeding of powder in the main machine hopper is not practical when the production requirements are very high specially filling larger pack-sizes where powder level in the hopper can go down very quickly after few fills. Manual feeding is not possible to match the machine output which may have direct impact on filling accuracy or the production output.
• Powder feeding System comprises of three parts. Auger filler machine/Filling machine, Screw feeder and a Storage silo. These three individual units are integrated such that as soon as the powder level in the filling machine hopper goes down, sensor send signal to the control unit and control unit in turn switch on the screw conveyor which will automatically feed powder from the storage silo/unit.
• Once the powder reaches the desired level, sensor will automatically sends signal to control unit and stops the feeding. This system not only makes overall process smooth but also saves material handling cost and efforts.

Continuous band sealer for Sealing pouches

• Post the filling operation, operator can pass the filled pouches through the band sealer for providing an air tight sealing to the pouch. Sealing is done through heat transferred by the Teflon belt to the pouch which slightly melts the pouch material and then the pressure roller seals the mouth of the pouch.  
• The complete system can also be provided for Free flowing products like salt, Detergent, Grains, Pulses by changing the system using Volumetric cup filler as dozing unit. Products such as Wafers, Dry fruits, beans, pulses also can be filling using the vibrator feeder.

Glass bottle filling machine works on the principle of positive displacement of screw rotating inside main hopper under the constant powder level. A desired quantity of output can be set on the digital auger counter. Machine discharges the set quantity of product in to the pre-formed pouch or container held manually under the nozzle of the funnel. Machine can be operated via a foot switch or in Auto mode as per the efficiency of the operator. Special stirrer mechanism is provided to ensure that powder is not stuck to the sides of the hopper thus helping to achieve higher accuracy. AP-100E is suitable for wide range of product and pack-sizes starting from 10gms to 500gms with an accuracy of +/-2% depending on the product flow ability and the physical characteristics.

We are offering Tea and Coffee Packing Machine to our client. Vibratory fillers helps to weigh and fill products where flow ability less and shape and size of the material is uneven. Many times product gets entangled with each other which can directly impact filling accuracy. Weigh fillers are also used where the product is very light and cannot flow. Single or multilevel vibrating trays or belt is provided for even flow of material in the weighing pan. As soon as the weight in the pan is equal to the coarse weight setting, pneumatically operated jaw stops the major flow of the product in the pan and only the minor gate is opened to feed the material. As soon as the desired weight is achieved, the weighing pan discharges the material which can be directly filled in the pre-formed pouch or container held manually under the discharge hopper. Automatic container feeding line or the form fill seal machine can be easily integrated with the machine for high speed packing.
