Pneumatically operated stopper or actuator will hold the bottle exactly under the nozzle while filling is in progress through static or diving nozzles. No bottle No fill, Batch count, Spillage Try, Anti dripping mechanism are standard features of the machine.

Pack-size can be simply change from the PLC based control panel without needing to change any components. Pump controls the coarse and fine filling to provide the higher accuracy. Empty containers are fed under the discharge nozzle via slat conveyor either manually or fed through the rotary turn table.As soon as the empty containers reach under the discharging nozzle, Pneumatic actuator stops the bottle and holds at the right position for filling. Once the desired quantity is reached, machines stops automatically and releases the bottles for the next cycle. Filled bottles can be fed to the automatic capping and labeling machines. Multi-level password protection, Data logging and reporting and Pre-set Recipe for one touch operations can be provided as per clients requirements. Variable speed drive helps to controls the overall speed of the machine which can be adjusted as per the type of liquid and the speed of the operator. We are offering Liquid Pouch Filling Machine to our client. Ideal for filling small quantity of liquids like shampoo, oil, Cleaner, Hair Oil, Honey, Lubricants, liquid Soap, Hand sanitizer. Liquid filling machines are designed based on the specially fabricated stainless steel syringes which discharges the set quantity of the product in to the pouches formed from the virgin/laminated material.
