We are offering Grain Packing Machine to our client. Vibratory fillers helps to weigh and fill products where flow ability less and shape and size of the material is uneven. Many times product gets entangled with each other which can directly impact filling accuracy. Weigh fillers are also used where the product is very light and cannot flow. Single or multilevel vibrating trays or belt is provided for even flow of material in the weighing pan. As soon as the weight in the pan is equal to the coarse weight setting, pneumatically operated jaw stops the major flow of the product in the pan and only the minor gate is opened to feed the material. As soon as the desired weight is achieved, the weighing pan discharges the material which can be directly filled in the pre-formed pouch or container held manually under the discharge hopper. Automatic container feeding line or the form fill seal machine can be easily integrated with the machine for high speed packing.
