Semi Automatic Weigh filler comprises of three main components i.e. Stainless steel Hopper for loading product to be packed, Electronically controlled linear vibratory trays, Pneumatically controlled weighing pan/s mounted on the highly accurate load cell platform. As the linear trays vibrate, material from main hopper starts flowing and moving in direction of the weighing pan. Vibration of the traya can be controlled from the front panel as per the requirement of the product. A Feedback loop continuously compares the weight in the pan against the desired set weight. As soon as the the weight in the pan reaches the coarse feed level, pneumatically actuated stopper will be initialised stop the major flow of the material and only small quantity of product will be dispensd to achieve higher accuracy. Fill tolerances of better than 1% can be obtained under optimum conditions. These weight base semi automatic filling machines are easy to Install and operate. These machines are available in 4 and 6 head models with single or double level vibratory level for achieving higher filling accuracy and operational speed.

Weigh Filling Machine a double head weight based vibratory filling machine specially designed for pharmaceutical and food industries with GMP construction. These semi-automatic machines are suitable for filling material like snacks, grains, dry fruits, cashew, dal, rice, fertilizer, whole spices, Pulses, lugs, screw, nut and bolts, Tea kurkure, Potato chips, sugar, namkeen, Farsan, Rice and Corn flakes. Vibratory fillers helps to weigh and fill products where flow ability less and shape and size of the material is uneven. Many times product gets entangled with each other which can directly impact filling accuracy. Weigh fillers are also used where the product is very light and cannot flow. Single or multilevel vibrating trays or belt is provided for even flow of material in the weighing pan. As soon as the weight in the pan is equal to the coarse weight setting, pneumatically operated jaw stops the major flow of the product in the pan and only the minor gate is opened to feed the material. As soon as the desired weight is achieved, the weighing pan discharges the material which can be directly filled in the pre-formed pouch or container held manually under the discharge hopper. Automatic container feeding line or the form fill seal machine can be easily integrated with the machine for high speed packing.
