Taking the advantage of gravitational force, the machine works on the principle of proportional division of the material by the telescopic cups. Telescopic cups are designed as per the bulk density of product to be filled. Machine can be used as single discharge and double discharge to suite the packing requirements. Same machine can be used for various pack-sizes using the nylon inserts. Correction upto 10% of volume can be done without stopping the machines to adjust the batch to batch various of the product. GMP models are available to suit international quality standards specially for pharma and Food industry. These machines can be delivered with dust free enclosure. Machine can be easily integrated with container feeding line, capping and labelling machine to provide the complete automated product.

DV-3T series of machines are used for filling Salt, Detergent, chemicals, Whole spices, Pulses, Grains, Pesticides in pre-formed pouches and containers. Specially designed enclosure not only helps to maintain hygienic filling but also creates a dust free environment. The machine operates on the principle of volumetric portioning which is achieved by telescopic cups to absorb the batch variation of bulk density. The machine discharges the set quantity of product into the pouch / container held manually under the discharge hopper. Correction of volume can be done without stopping the machines to adjust the batch to batch various of the product. Machine can be easil moved from one place. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from SS304 and all other parts are made of MS/CI powder coated/painted. Discharge hopper diameter is designed to suite the pouch width for ease of operation. GMP models are available to suit international quality standards specially for pharma and Food industry. Cup Filler Machine, a semi automatic filling machine for free flowing powders and granules e.g. Pulses, Snacks, Salt, detergent powder, Pesticide, Grains, Beans etc. The machine operates on the principle of volumetric proportioning of the material with help of specially designed telescopic cups. Main machine hopper is loaded with the free flowing material to be packed. As the machines operates, product is filled in the telescopic cups due to gravitation force. Cups are designed as per the bulk density of product to be packed to give the desired weight output. Teflon scrapper is provided to ensure that there is no wastage of product and the cups are filled equally. Weight variation can be adjusted without stopping the machine. Double head machine can provide the out put of 2 Tones per hour due to two was discharge. The filled pouches can be sealed with help of For-Bro make Hand sealing machine or the continuous band sealing machines. Automated conveyorised lines can be provided with the multiple head discharge for achieving higher accuracy.
