Vibro Sifter And Sieving Machine
A vibro sifter machine, also known as a vibrating sieve or vibratory separator, is a specialized equipment used in industrial processes to separate solids from liquids or segregate materials into different particle sizes. The machine works by applying a high-frequency vibration to the sieve surface, causing the material to move through the mesh and ultimately separating the particles based on their size.
The vibro sifter machine typically consists of a circular or rectangular screening surface made of wire mesh or perforated plates mounted on a frame. The machine is powered by a motor that generates a high-frequency vibration, which is transmitted to the screen surface via a series of springs or rubber mounts.
The material to be screened is fed onto the center of the screen and spread evenly by a spreading device. The vibration causes the material to move along the screen surface, and the larger particles are unable to pass through the mesh or perforations, while the smaller particles fall through to the next stage or collection point.

These sifters are widely used in production of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs, ceramics, flour, Bakery products, Cosmetics, Spices.
This machine utilizes screens of different sizes for sifting and separating of the materials until the required size is obtained. Sifter offered by us is a vibrating screen, which consists of a circular pre-tensioned screen, mounted on frame with vibrating motor.
Vibrating motor provides vibrations to the attached screen due to revolving eccentric weights. Furthermore, total assembly is mounted on suitable springs and it becomes an independent body, which vibrates without parting any vibrations to the foundations.
Models available for various diameter starting from 12", 24", 30", 36", 48", 60" with motor of 0.25,0.5,0.5,1.0,1,5 and 2.5HP.Wide range of seaves available for required gradation starting from 14 to 200 mesh.
