Screw Conveyor or Screw Feeders are heavily used in various industries and applications where the product/material needs to be transferred from one point to other point at a different height/level. Screw feeders are made of high quality steel for continous running. Screw Conveyors are versatile and can be employed in horizontal, inclined and vertical installations. Screw can be housed in a trough which can be of U-shaped section of a cylyndrical tube. Screw shaft is tightly couples at both the end with heavy duty bearling and a motor. Motor capacity is dependent on the type of material and the inclied angle at whcih material needs to be transfrred. Screw conveypr is directly fitted on the large reservoir which can hold bulk quantity of product. Butterfly vale is provided for easy cleaning of the machine. A special stirrer mechanism can be provided in the largest reservoir to ensure that product is not settled /jammed in the reservoir.
Screw feeders can be made as per the requirement along with the controlling and actuating panel.
