For-Bro Engineers presents Automatic Powder Filling Machine, designed and developed for filling free flowing as well as non-free flowing powders into bottles/rigid containers. Machine is available in weight based or volume based filling to suit the application requirements. The machine is designed to handle a wide range of products and pack sizes starting from 10gms to 1000gms. High speed and accuracy can be achieved by using proper change parts as per the product and pack sizes. The machine is provided with 600mm Diameter built in turn table and bottle conveyor for bottle/jar movement. Unique bottle lifting arrangement ensures spillage free filling avoiding dusting and ensuring hygienic operation. The dozing unit can be a Volume based or weight based Auger filling machine.
Volumetric Auger fillers runs on the principle of positive displacement of auger screw controlled by an electronic controller. High precision Photo-electric sensor is used to control the number of rotation of the machine shaft which discharges the product in container. Dozing speed of the machine is synchronized with the bottle feeding conveyor for high speed filling. Weight based auger fillers are used where the application requires higher accuracy Or where the volume of the product various due to batch-wise variation or due to external factors like climate, humidity etc. Highly precise load cell continuously monitors the filling weight and controls the output. Coarse /fine feed, inflight variation, Auto Tare Batch counting are some of the key feature of the machine. Data logging output, password protection are provided in the PLC controlled machines.
Servo controlled Auger/ Multi head filling are some of the other option available. Positive pneumatic indexing mechanism and no bottle- no fill arrangement are the standard features of the machine.

The line consists of 4 components namely:

• Turn table OR Rotary table for feeding empty bottles.
• Bottle conveyor for transferring the bottles/Containers.
• Dozing unit – Weight or volume based Auger filler.
• Indexing system and Control.

For-Bro Engineers , Leading Manufacturer and Exporters of packing machines since last 42 years offers compact Cream Filling Machine. These Semi automatic Paste filling machine is ideal for filling Yogurt, Curd Chyawanprash, Chocolate, Balm, Ointment, Jam, Ketchup, Chutney and many viscous material in containers. Single head Paste filling machine is apiston filler which can be combined (optional) with the lid/cap press or a foil sealers for one stop packing solution. Filling is done by the pneumatically operated piston. Stroke of the piston can be adjusted for the required quantity of product output. Once the bottle or jar is filled, the operator can put the jar under the foil sealer for air tight seal, or a mannully applies lid on the jar and places it under the lid press for fixing the cap.
