Material is dispensed in to the pouch/container during the second half of the filling cycle. Stroke of the piston is adjusted to suit various pack-size requirements. Pneumatically operated out let valve is designed to arrast the material when the cycle is complete. Pickle filling machines are having a special stirrer mechanism ensures that the product is not segregated in the hopper. Jacketed hopper can also be provided for the hot/warm filling of the material. Machine can be easily integrated with automatic conveyorised system and multi head mechanism.

AP100E Spice Filler Machine is a versatile and economical ground spice filling machines for spices such as Chilli, Turmeric, Dhania, Jeera, Aamchur, etc. Machine operates on a principle of positive displacement of Auger screw under the constant product level in the main hopper. Rotation of the screw and thus the output is controlled by a photoelectic sensor and clutch/break unit via a compact control panel.
