Ideal for Pickle, Raw food items. Fruit pulp, Milk powder, Spices, Dry syrup, cosmetic and herbal product including pastes, gel and lotion bottles. The induction cap sealer seals an Aluminum foil or WAD on the periphery of the container/Jar mouth to give a temper proof sealing. Air tight sealing not only keeps the product contamination free but also increases the shelf life of the product in the container. On the processing line Bottles/Jar are first filled with the product and then the plastic cap containing an aluminum foil/WAD liner is put on the jar which is then placed under the hand held Induction sealer. Induction coil, emits an oscillating electromagnetic field and when container is put under the induction coil /sealing head the conductive aluminum foil liner begins to heat due to eddy currents and aluminum foil is stick to the container rim.
